Why wouldn’t I be aware of these funds?

It is rare that the payee is aware of the receivable. Insurance refunds, utility deposits, stock dividends, etc. are usually sent without warning. When the issuer has an old or incomplete address for you, it comes back to them and sits on their books for years until the company is audited.


Are there any other costs involved?

No, no payment other than that stipulated in the agreement will be assessed. You will not be charged a fee directly from us. The fee will be subtracted from the funds or deposit, once the claim is approved.


How long does this process usually take?
